Shipping to and from will be paid by the Buyer, Item sale price will be charged A 25% Restocking/Processing Fee .

If the item  Had Free shipping, that cost will be deducted from the price of the item as well as the 25% Restocking/Processing Fee .

 There are NO Returns/Refunds on Electrical Items.

 There are NO Returns/Refunds on Factory Sealed Items, if seal is broken or damaged.

Any Condition issues will be noted with pictures or in the description or both.
